No issue to be resolved. I Just wanted to express my satisfaction with the Iberostar product in the light of all the negative reviews I have seen which don’t reflect the true situation.

We joined Iberostar blue in December 2016. We got our first Caribbean holiday experience in Punta Cana Dominican Republic through a cheap holiday in Iberostar Beach before Xmas of that year.

We signed up then and have been in Jamaica (Rose Hall Beach) and now just back from Iberostar Manhattan(beside NY Grand Central Station ) and Iberostar Toucan in Puerto del Carmen Mexico. It just keeps getting better and better. We had major second thoughts initially about our decision to join the blue membership valid for ten years. I can truly say we have never regretted it since and have tremendously enjoyed the wonderful superior preferential service we consistently get from the superlative Iberostar staff at each hotel we stay at and the exceptional top class restaurants and exclusive beach bars with ever flowing top class drink brands readily available.

The wonderful massages are most memorable. It just keeps getting better and better and we are guaranteed preferential treatment from the moment we arrive to the moment we depart an Iberostar resort. We know the high standard we are guaranteed to get with out fail and we were determined to get top value for our investment and we have not been at all disappointed. Don’t mind all these negative reviews.

Our experience is quite the opposite and we look forward to Cuba and then maybe we will try the south sea Caribbean Islands and then Spain and the Iberian islands and Greece and Montenegro. Life is short and we intend to continue to work hard and then continue to enjoy ourselves as part of the wonderful Iberostar family among which we feel most welcome and so well treated. We have had more frequent holidays than we ever had before in our lives and know we will continue to experience the high standards we have come to expect and enjoy up to now. We have found the Iberostar call centre to be most honorable in giving us a 25% reduction below the lowest price we could find elsewhere on the web and once we submitted a screen shot and they validated it we got our great value holiday deal at any time of the year we wished.

We could not ask for more. That research took time but paid off handsomely for us. We can share all of this with our family and hope they can take time to avail of the many other fine and varied leisure facilities available at each Iberostar resort. In a nutshell we have enjoyed more exotic holidays since joining Iberostar in December 2016 than we would ever have thought possible and are determined to continue to enjoy the Iberostar superior product.

We feel we have got good value for money and are delighted we joined and have no regrets whatsoever.

In fact it’s quite the opposite. We felt we should state what our experiences were and are of Iberostar as we do not think that the negative reviews are in any way reflective of the true situation as we have found it that Iberostar membership is a wonderful opportunity to experience guaranteed fantastic holidays at wonderful locations all over the world.
